Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order for a full refund, you must do it within 1 day of your purchase.
Returning a Decal
Because you are able to customize your decal with the color of your choice, and it may not be able to be reused, a 50% refund will be given if you choose to return your order.
Returning a Decal with a Custom Name
Decals that were purchased with a name cannot be refunded, as the item was custom ordered and created.
Shipping Refunds
There are no refunds for shipping charges.
Decal Exchanges
Exchanges cannot be made. However, if you need a different color, contact me and I will send it to you at a reduced rate.
