Description
You can order your decal in any color you want. The vinyl decal looks like it is painted on the wall. The vinyl we use is specially created for indoor use and is made to be removable without damaging your walls. Once you are ready to remove the decal, simply peel up a corner and remove. You can apply heat from a blow dryer if your decal gives you some resistance.
A test decal is sent with every order. It is recommended to apply the test decal before applying the full decal. Contact us for a test decal before purchasing if you would like to test it out. If you recently painted your walls, it is recommended to wait 3-4 weeks to allow the paint to cure before applying your decal.

All of our decals are made to order so that you can customize them any way you like. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Estimated shipping time is 3-4 weeks. Canada shipments usually are 1-2 weeks. First class shipping does not come with a tracking number. In some instances, it can take up to a month to receive, if after a month you still have not received your item, contact me. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you return your item because you don't want to pay the charges, your money will not be refunded. ATTENTION UNITED KINGDOM BUYERS, please note that you WILL incur a customs and VAT charge that is your responsibility.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because you are able to customize your decal with the color of your choice and may not be able to be reused, a 50% refund will be given to you if your decal does not include a name. Items that were purchased with a name cannot be refunded as the item was custom ordered and created. Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of receiving the decal. Buyer must pay for the return shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded back to you. If you want to cancel your order for a full refund, you must do it within 1 day of your purchase as most decals are processed within 3 days. Returns are not accepted on custom orders or personalized items. If after applying your test decal and you find that it doesn’t stick to your wall, contact me within 10 days after receiving your item to schedule a return. Refunds will be given to unused and non-personalized decals in their original condition. No refunds will be given on decals that don’t stick to your walls after 10 days. If you messed up the decal during application or if you find that you want to order a different color, the buyer will pay for the shipping charge plus $3 and a new decal will be sent to you. Please be aware that we offer free color swatches that we can send to you before purchase.
